Shipping & Returns

Postage costs:
For orders over €50, shipping is completely free! A smaller amount? Then the shipping costs are €3.65 (within the Netherlands).

Do you live outside the Netherlands? No problem!

Shipments within Europe:
€7.25 with a minimum order amount of €50. Delivery costs are free for orders of €120 or more!

Dispatch:
Your order will be delivered to PostNL within 1-3 days.

Do you live in the Ameide-Gorinchem region? The order will then be delivered to you by appointment in consultation with you.

The Ameide-Gorinchem region includes:

Returns

Does your order not meet your expectations or do you have the wrong size? That's a shame, but you can return the item within 14 days .

NB! The item can only be returned if it is unworn , unwashed and undamaged .
You can return in the following way:
  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on account details.
  • On the left in the menu you will see 'My returns', click on it.
  • You will see your orders appear on the right. Click on the order for which you want to return items.
  • A popup screen will appear with the items you ordered.
  • Under quantity you can indicate how many you want to return per item.
  • Have you done this? Then click 'send'.
  • Choose a reason for return.
  • Please check the return details.
  • Click on 'send return' at the bottom.
  • Your return will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.
  • You can print the return label on the next page, this is a label with the correct return address on it.
  • Present your package at the post office. The return costs are at your own expense.
  • Once we have received the return, it will be processed within 5 (working) days.
  • The amount due will be transferred to you as soon as possible.
  • If the final order amount after returning is less than €50.00, shipping costs of €3.25 will still be charged. These will then be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Tip : provide your return with a track & trace and save the track & trace code. We are not responsible for shipping returns or possible loss of a return.
